How to proceed to an order? OEM or ODM?
Firstly, we have our regular items for your choice, you need to advise the items you prefer to, and then we will quote according to you request items.
Secondly, warmly welcome to OEM or ODM products, you can custom what you want, we can help you to improve your designs.
Thirdly, you can confirm the order for above two solutions, and then arrange deposit.
Fourthly, we will start for mass production after receiving your deposit.

What IP data for the decorative lights?
All our products can be IP67, suitable for indoor and outdoor.

Can I have a sample order for quality checking?
Yes, sample orders are warmly welcome for quality evaluation. Mixed samples are acceptable.

What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 25-35 days according to order quantity.

How do you ship and how long?
We usually ship by sea,the shipping time according to where you are. Air cargo,DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT is also available for sample.It may need 3-5 days.

What's the production capacity for decorative lights, led strip light and neon flex?
Every month we can produce 200,000m LED Strip Light or neon flexï¼10000pcs of motif lights, 100000 pcs of string lights in total.

Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 2 years warranty for our LED Strip Light series and neon flex series, and we offer 1 year warranty for our LED decoration light.

Is it OK to print customer's logo on product?
Yes, we can discuss the package request after the order was confirmed.
