We usually ship by sea,the shipping time according to where you are. Air cargo,DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT is also available for sample.It may need 3-5 days.
2.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 2 years warranty for our LED Strip Light series and neon flex series.
3.Is it OK to print customer's logo on product?
Yes, we can discuss the package request after the order was confirmed.

A:Yes, free samples are available for quality evaluation, but freight cost need to be paid by your side.
Q:How to proceed to an order? OEM or ODM?
A:Firstly, we have our regular items for your choice, you need to advise the items you prefer to, and then we will quote according to you request items.
Secondly, warmly welcome to OEM or ODM products, you can custom what you want, we can help you to improve your designs.
Thirdly, you can confirm the order for above two solutions, and then arrange deposit.
Fourthly, we will start for mass production after receiving your deposit.
